Terms and Conditions

By registering for CARE 2025 (International Conference on Climate Adaptation and Resilience CARE), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration

  • All participants must complete the registration process with accurate information
  • Registration is considered complete only after payment confirmation
  • Your registration category must accurately reflect your current status (Student, Research Scholar, Faculty, etc.)
  • Providing false information may result in registration cancellation without refund
  • Registration includes access to all conference sessions, materials, and specified events

2. Payment Terms

  • Registration fees must be paid in full via the specified payment methods
  • All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant
  • Early bird registration rates apply only to payments received by the specified deadline
  • Payment receipt will be issued upon successful processing
  • Registration is non-transferable without prior written approval

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to care2025cusat@gmail.com
  • Refund timeline:
    • Before [date]: 75% refund
    • Before [date]: 50% refund
    • After [date]: No refund
  • Processing fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 working days
  • Force majeure events may affect refund policies

4. Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts must be original and not previously published
  • Authors must adhere to the provided abstract submission guidelines
  • The conference committee's decision on abstract acceptance is final
  • At least one author must register and present the accepted work
  • Presentation slots will be allocated by the organizing committee

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must conduct themselves professionally throughout the conference
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated
  • Participants must respect intellectual property rights
  • Photography and recording require prior permission
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to remove disruptive participants

6. Liability and Insurance

  • The conference organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage
  • Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance
  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants
  • The venue's safety protocols must be followed

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All conference content remains the property of respective authors/presenters
  • Distribution of materials requires written permission
  • Participants grant permission for use of their image in conference materials
  • Conference proceedings will be published as specified in guidelines

8. Modifications

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated via email and the conference website.
